Hjkl1308 the miner had two friends, Simpa and HighZealot.

He also had one kill: Simpa.

Simpa had one kill, cameronpn, or "Cameron" for backspace, and 4 friends, Deathsword, cameronpn, Hjkl1308, and mindmix; also, two long-term acquaintances, Putnam and HighZealot.

The starting seven stayed close.

And tantrum spirals are apparently a bitch.

The chief medical dwarf, Putnam, is requesting a diagnosis. The lazy bastard can't do it himself? I mean, his left lung and left rib are broken. His lung got crushed. Not hard to figure out!

oop, sorry about that.  Pushed a few utilities to sourceforge svn so other people can work on them.  Same for the client (windows & linux versions).

Also, i want to apologize to those people in the steam group who were event spammed    Only officers can post events now.  It took 600 memberships to get our first troll.

Going to keep low and quiet for a while though.  But a "Chat, Drink, & Play!" would be fun, if some people are interested

TL;DR - if you can't use steam, i'll pm it to you.  If you have steam, join the group chat and almost anyone can give you the info.

I do have a steam account but no paid games on it plus i really want to play it now so please pm what i need to play.

Getting set up on Steam is simple:

1. Go to the Steam Website, register for an account, download the Steam program, and install it.
2. In the Steam program, go to Community, look up the Dwarf Fortress Multiplayer group, and join it.
3. Enjoy!

No paid games are needed to use Dwarf Fortress Multiplayer or join the group chat. Only Dwarf Fortress and the Multiplayer Client are needed for Multiplayer play.
