I want get crutch from my abadoned fortress, but i forgot about traps... And i was caught in my cage! Game don't renspond. I can exit from cage? :>

This is the reason traps default to off, as well as there being no way to detect or avoid them. The game simply locks up as you cannot do anything. Ctrl+Alt+Delete and close it out, for there is no hope for you

you could grab runesmith find your adventurer in that list and remove the caged tag.
all it would do is free your self and tell you all the events that happen while you where frozen.

I guess this will be fixed in the next release as Toady's working on traps for tombs and similar things.
But being in a cage would probably mean giving in to starvation (or breaking out. After all you can destroy locked doors.)

uhh yeah unless you successfully remove the body from the cage. oh and don't pick it up. Something about the same person touching the same person causes a paradox and implodes the game causing it to crash.

You must go to ten and bash it. Or. open it and place some stone, doors stay open, but he still be here.
