The arena was, simply put, a kilometre diameter Roman Colosseum. All of the seats were full-nobody would miss the largest tournament of the century for no reason. As the five teams ascended from underground via floating platforms, all of the screens being held upright by blimps all simultaneously turned on, revealing a man with well trimmed black hair, emerald green hair and what appeared to be a tuxedo and black tie. "Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. I am Alexander Kyrby, owner of the Evolution Arena, and I am pleased to present to you the Grand Robin tournament." At this, several cheers rapidly spread across the audience, which were quickly silenced by a raised hand. "We will begin the opening match in an hour, giving our teams time to prepare. In the meanwhile, please observe these brackets formed by our sponsers, Challonge."



Rubbish fluff beside, you have 1 WEEK to practice for the first match up, which will take place on Saturday 9th July, at the aforementioned 7:00 PM GMT. Have fun.

What map, and what mode will we be playing? It would be bad to practice on say, Steel, when we would be playing Hydro.

Im pretty sure we'll be playing Badlands, since thats a common map in competitive games.

I'd love it if we played Dustbowl, honestly. Don't know how common it is in competitions, but I don't think it'll matter much.
