What do you value the most?
« on: June 23, 2011, 11:18:41 am »

The premise is pretty basic. You list your three highest values, from most valued to least. Here are mine:

1. Personal Honour
2. Maturity
3. Movement

You can explain why you value the things listed as well, for example: When I listed "Movement" I mean just moving around, and doing something active. I kinda discovered this about myself, and it would certainly explain why I hate doing the dishes and Homework. Also it would explain why I never sit in my chair normally, constantly pace, and love things like Parkour.

To crush your enemies, see them driven before you... and to hear the lamentation of their women!

1. Compassion
2. Knowledge/research in the sense of knowing what is going on around you both personally and in the world, and looking in the connections/causes of everything.
3. The willingness to accept being wrong and hear new ideas with an open mind.

This looks fun, I've never thought of choosing one thing I like over the other. At the moment I would say things rank like this...

1. Intelligence = Pretty much anything that could fall under this, lets just say I value mental abilities and knowledge in general.

2. Power = As in ones ability to shape the world around them and resist outside influences. Complete and true freedom...

3. Fortitude (Willpower?) = Being strong enough to push yourself beyond your mental and physical limits. This includes things like showing restraint, overcoming fear, endurance, ect.

1. Understanding - Both oneself and the world.
2. Empathy - That which binds us
3. Advancement - Because stagnation is the antithesis of life

1.  Entertainment, a bland day is a bad day, same goes for people.  I like happy people to lighten my mood.
2.  Comfortability.  I like feeling like myself and acting so as well.
3.  Happiness.  :]

1. Ethics- The self-enforcement and spread of moral behavior in our world.

2. Correctness- Usage of the scientific method to be as accurate to reality in my beliefs as possible.

3. Personal Growth- Improving myself in some way.

1. Reason/Rationality/Intelligence (Most important)
2. Kindness
3. Spirituality (Least important)

I have spirituality in #3 because I feel as though my spirituality should not be as important to cause me to go changing peoples opinions and beliefs. I don't even think that makes sense.
