If you smash enough of the lights(by jumping into them, Mario-style) in the first level, at the end of the level, Dan will start to ask Iji about it, but she responds with a hostile "What?", and he drops the subject. In her picture in the conversation, she has several large shards of glass in her hair.

If you unlock the Annihilator Beta in Sector... 8(it's right after the Phantom Hammer hits, so I think so)?, and use it in Sector X, the Komato Berserkers will shout "Ciretako!", the story of which you can read about in some logbooks earlier on in Sector 5.

If you die to Asha in Sector X, revive at the checkpoint, and fight him a second time, he joyfully remarks about getting to kill you twice. If you instead bypass the fight first and activate the second checkpoint before fighting him a third time...

Another one, from OMF this time: The protagonist, antagonist and the damsel in distress of Jazz Jackrabit can appear multiple time as secret opponents in the Tournament mode.


In a similar vein, you can get a message in Tyrian (or Tyrian 200) from one of the characters from OMF. Tyrian also has a pilotable carrot and loads and loads of improperly and confusingly placed pieces of fruit. For that matter, almost half of the messaages you get in Tyrian could be considered easter eggs or are non-serious in other ways.
