Multiplayer is not implemented yet.

As it turns out, the pen was in fact a poor choice for melee combat in comparison to the sword.
So I just started playing this game and I accidentally nuked the moon.

I'm sure you're planning more weapons/classes or what not, would make it even more strategic, along with allowing the player (in single player mode) to command troops.  That's assuming we cannot already. :)

Would like to see an option to use W as forward and the mouse as a directional + aim + shoot control though.
Personally I would want to limit the classes, maybe 3 or 4, and even then the differences shouldn't be too drastic, maybe just what weapons you get.

I agree with the movement, it would also enable leaning or strafing around corners much more easily. Crouch running would be nice to move behind cover. Being able to go prone would also be interesting for lower cover, or for if other explosives are implemented such as artillery you can dive to try to reduce damage from shrapnel and stuff, or maybe just from normal grenades.

Speaking of grenades, it would be nice if grenades had a bit shorter range and instead of making an explosion it shot out fragments like most grenades do.

This game really needs a Medic class. Seriously, the game is fun, but when you've leading 10 or 15 guys to a place for five minutes and you just get one-shotted from some guy in the trees, it really sucks to wait for more guys and walk the same path again.
One of the features he is planning to implement is medical stuff, to revive soldiers after dragging them into cover. A dedicated medic class would be interesting though. A regular soldier could stabilize someone but only a medic could get them back on their feet and fighting again.

Does this have multiplayer?
Not yet, but it's planned.

By the way, I am hoping to update this thread as news is released. The reason I have it set to "co-op" game is because I heard that was one of the main focuses. There is no reason this couldn't be a competitive game though.

I really have to squint to see anything though. It seems like there's far too much fog around - plus, I'm playing green, and spotting grey in the dim colours is tough.

Looks super promising though!
Just shoot everything you see. There isn't friendly fire, THANK ARMOK!

Very cool game. Can't wait for co-op.

Maybe its my large screen, but I have absolutely no trouble with fog. One time I ran into an enemy while backwards firing. He proceeded to shoot my brains out.  :P

If you're having trouble seeing the 'baddies', set it so you play as them. Seriously, the green guys stick out like a jock in a star wars convention.

This game is good.

With multiplayer + better visibility + sensible classes + VEHICLES PLEASE ... this game will be amazing. I'd love an engineer guy that could build up sandbags or something.

Can't wait to see more development.

The AI is pretty smart for an Indie game. Knows when to throw grenades, where to move, how to perform a firefight, hell, they even stay in cover.

The first mod for the game has been released as shown here

It's a simple one but hopefully a testament to how easily it will be to mod the game in the future when there are more features.

Good job! The final version will have open access to the media files as well, I’m totally for modding. I also intend to bring better support for it through some kind of map content packages, which could be easily loaded in the game without the need to mess around in the file system. Voxel object modding is also possible already, though finding the right tools might not be easy; I’m using my own voxel editor which sucks bigtime :D

However, I don’t suggest getting too serious about modding yet as there will be a lot of changes to come everywhere in the game. Maintaining the mods usable with the latest game version can become a bit tedious I suppose.

Great game! Took me a while to find enemies though, (I only found them after I alt-tabbed away and thus opened the map)

Yeah, travelling times can be a problem. This is why I really want jeeps or something. Especially hyper-fragile jeeps that double as death traps. Yesssssss.

If there was a sneaky class, they should be able to see an enemies field of vision. Because they definitely have one.
By the way, has anyone killed a guy with a knife?
