Re-sent mine ~8 hours ago to correct for some issues with regards to database specializations. New ruleset is difficult!

Yeah, it was a little confusing. I think the ruleset would benefit from more examples.

Like a starter AI and perhaps some general database tier evolutions for humanitycom and such.
