-You need to write up a notable character.
-What kind of operation are you running? with the dogs and the sheep, it almost looks like you plan to herd. but you have no shepards.
-Your military people need to be better defined. They need some military training, and then some weapon and armor training. And they don't need to be laborers. Also remember that they can only have three kinds of training to start of with, so that means they could have one level each of military, weapon, and armor training. or they could sacrifice a level in one are for two levels in another area. So they could be Militia, Basic Proficiency<Bow>, Light Armor Training, or they could be Soldier, Basic Proficiency<Bow>.

The Farming goes well. You prepare 7 fields along the hills. The forest is tall and thick, but most of the trees will take many men to bring down. You do manage to bring back a few fallen logs, though. After returning to camp, you see a few figures come into view above the hills...
