-You need to write up a notable character.
-What kind of operation are you running? with the dogs and the sheep, it almost looks like you plan to herd. but you have no shepards.
-Your military people need to be better defined. They need some military training, and then some weapon and armor training. And they don't need to be laborers. Also remember that they can only have three kinds of training to start of with, so that means they could have one level each of military, weapon, and armor training. or they could sacrifice a level in one are for two levels in another area. So they could be Militia, Basic Proficiency<Bow>, Light Armor Training, or they could be Soldier, Basic Proficiency<Bow>.

Sheb:

The Farming goes well. You prepare 7 fields along the hills. The forest is tall and thick, but most of the trees will take many men to bring down. You do manage to bring back a few fallen logs, though. After returning to camp, you see a few figures come into view above the hills...

Also, now that your starting to meet up in game, I would like to try and synchronize the turns. Eventually you probably will all be together, or maybe with a few auxiliary sites near important resources.

Will we be pooling resources?

We need to figure out who has the best spot for the main city. Probably Sheb with his plains, but we'll see.

I wanted to be nomadic
i thought gatherers could shepard at 100% rate? I have more men but they are less well trained so i didnt give them further specialization
If i take laborer off of my militia would they be able to work? As it is now they work at 50% rate no? I didnt try to go for professional soldiers i wanted a militia of potential workers, and since i gave everybody else 2 skills i thought i'd give the militia 2 also, Labor and Militia training. I can make them better if you like.
I didnt write up a character in case the way im trying to do my setup is all wrong and i cant be a nomad or herder.
is Dominic too latin sounding? I'll change it.

Don't have to change it, I'm just pointing it out that most of our names sound latin.

I wanted to be nomadic. That's fine.
i thought gatherers could shepherd at 100% rate? They can. I have more men but they are less well trained so I didn't give them further specialization.Alright, this works.
If I take laborer off of my militia would they be able to work? Only very poorly. As it is now they work at 50% rate no? That's right. I didn't try to go for professional soldiers I wanted a militia of potential workers, and since I gave everybody else 2 skills I thought I'd give the militia 2 also, Labor and Militia training. is Dominic too Latin sounding? I'll change it. That's not necessary.

Actually, as it is sheb is caught up. He must've gone through the pass a week later than the rest of you.

Mighty interesting system. I'll be watching.

THEY'RE WATCHING ME.  :o

Okay then.

Same routine as before, continue forifying the camp whilst chopping wood, foraging and hunting in the woods. I'll head off to see this new group of people.

Hmm. Should I wait until all of you have posted, and then post the results, or do you individually like I have been?
