You require a stance to create moves. Place state a stance name and description to teach him it, including base physical stat used.

Flowing water Stance:

Working on both intelligence, and dexterity, the user identifies attacks thrown at him, and dodges, like what water would do, he then takes advantage of the out-reached enemy, and delivers a light blow. Mainly a defensive stance, but it can deal minor damage.
