I'd really like to be able to customize the stock menu that the book keeper makes, this would make it much easyer to manage the stuff you want to keep track of and also much easyer to weed out the garbage that's ended up in your fort like the wooden armor and toys your dwarfs have managed to get there hands on and shove in your stockpiles.  The ability to change the order things show up on the menu would be nice too.

so you could change it from the default
-Armor
-Headwear
-weapons
-food
-fish
-ect..

to the new
-food-you added meat and fish here
-Crossbows and bolts-you added all crossbows and bolts here
-steel armor&weapons-you toggled this menu to only display your weapons and armor that are made of steel
-wooden crap you want to dump-you added all crafts, weapons and armor made of wood
-large/small metal armor for melting-you added size large and small, armor any metal
-whateverelseyouwant
ect..


Sorry if this has been suggested before, i looked around a bit and didn't see anything off the bat.

I think he means the stockpile menu rather than the stock screen.
