I forgot the little triangle incisions on the tail there... Easy fix.

And no, heh, I'm not really that cruel. Yet.

But seriously, you could have guessed even before I showed the image. Only one branch of that species is so fiercely territorial.

I thought it was a fearow or something like that. If it was a fearow, then I would be running like hell right now since they hang in packs, and where there's one, theres 20 or so more lurking around somewhere...

Fearow is a goddamn feathered pterodactyl, not a "rather large bird".

Oh, and you might want to check your bag again if you really need a weapon.

Nah, not gonna risk the knife if I can't help it. If I can't find anything with a longer range, then I'll use it.

And I meant spearow. >.< Though we would be screwed over majorly if we meet a fearow. God help us then...

I assume the PDA and Potion (I assume it's that) are in my inventory, cos I can't seem to find them.

Yeh, I was a little preoccupied. I'm still doing some art assets.

One way to go about the stats could be that you use the stats found on the wiki and convert every 10 (or whatever) points into the related MM stat. All conversions are rounded down.

So for a Pigeotto:

HP:      63
Attack:  60
Defense: 55
Sp.Atk:  50
Sp.Def:  50
Speed:   71

(STR)Strength -> ATK = 6
(AGI)Agility -> SPEED = 7
(DEX)Dexterity -> SPEED = 7
(TOU)Toughness -> DEF = 5
(END)Endurance -> HP = 6
(PER)Perception -> (INT+WIS)/2 = 5
(CHA)Charisma -> (TOU+STR)/2 = 5
(INT)Intelligence -> SP.ATK = 5
(WIS)Wisdom -> SP.DEF = 5

Or something like that.

Ok-kay, let's see how this combat system actually works out.

As for stats, I don't want to base them on the game's system. You end up with things like a Level Five Onix, which will go against the purpose of the whole thing. If it's a giant snake made of boulders, it will largely be as tough as a giant snake made of boulders - at least versus humans.

Time to put out the exospeak! (I also love that quip you gave me.)

I'm starting to rename the items in the inventories to what they're supposed to be now, preemptively.

Hmm, it's probably a good thing Kashyyk responded before I did because, after seeing a few turns, I think the tone of the game is lighter than I initially believed. Is it cool if I ditch my current character and come up with a new (more suitable) one?

I'm sure that it will get darker, soon enough.

Also, if manage to fix both bikes, who will ride them?

Well, it depends on your point of view. Trying to swat a Pidgeotto out of the air with a nailed two by four is already "darker" than most of the original anime. Team Rocket's use of a bazooka notwithstanding.

Also, it's just one of the worlds. I wanted to throw in the MLP-verse, just for the hell of it, but sadly I haven't seen a single episode of it yet.
