Spoiler: 7 sided dice (click to show/hide)

How is that anywhere near equal distribution of die rolls? Seems to me like 6 and 7 would come up a lot more than other rolls (not that I'm complaining!)

...also, touché

EDIT:
Fine - try finding a 9-sided die...

I'll be using either Random.Org, or a set of DnD dice when I'm offline. I don't actually need 7- or 9-sided dice, I just need the standard D8 and D10, and just reroll whenever the result it "out of bounds".

Also, any kind of die can be made as a long cylinder (or whatever such an object should be called) with a certain number of sides.

Justarr Kutaryn
-----
Justarr is a man of about 24 years. He has dark blonde hair with a smatter of light-brown thrown in. His eyes have a color similar to that of polished steel; a deep grayish-silver color. Being about 6'2, he stands tall. For his height, he is slightly thin, with some lean muscle hugging his frame. His hair is normally medium length, pulled into a pony-tail at the back, with the fringe cut short. He also has a short, trimmed patch of hair on his chin. He has a single scar on his body; or rather, on his face. It runs from his jaw to just beneath his eye. It is faded and white, so it's obviously a very old scar; probably from his childhood.

In the interest of keeping the thread up, and so in focus, bump.

So far three players have been confirmed - Zako, Frelock, and Jay Kayell - or Jake Marshall, Frederick Barbarossa, and Jay Kayell.

Unless two more of the "old guard" report, people from the old waiting list go in next. In order of application, these are Dermonster and Acanthus117 - or Derek Coonan and Randall Wilkins.

I've decided that "Menace" participants will retain their spots as soon as the project restarts, though only four will remain.

I was looking through the other thread and didn't actually see any mention of this one.  It might be worth making a post there about it, in case some of them have just bookmarked that thread, and don't generally browse the RtD forum.

Sure.

The players so far:

Zako
Jay Kayell
Frelock
dermonster
Acanthus117

The waitlist from the old game (minus applicants here):

Nonanonymous
Mcshay
Typoman
Haika
Sir Speshkitty
Mangled
RAM
DreamThorn
zchris13
Akhier the Dragon hearted
wolfchild

Plus entrants in this thread:

Talarion
SeriousConcentrate
choobakka
Taricus
scriver
Riccto
Root Infinity
Gatleos
CrimsonEon
Tehstefan
mcclay
Person
Powder Miner
Razordw

Since the old waitlist was started so long ago, I'd expect a lot of people from there will actually end up being missing. The rule will be - if you fail to report by the time your character needs to be inserted, you're skipped. Since I (probably) won't be doing mid-world reinforcements in this game, you'll be forewarned with plenty of time to post.
