I'm going to be leaving in 6 hours (6:00AM takeoff is terrible), so on the off chance a second turn comes around during the next two days, just put me down for smashing it with another rock.

It has now been ~12 days since the last turn and I am obligated to give a *Poke* to see whether the author has suffered from AEF, is being slightly lazy, is having a hard time with some bit of the turn, or has it done but forgot to post it. Or maybe a fifth option that I haven't thought of.

Actually, I'm being slightly cautious. It's not often at all that I get focused on anything enough so that I get a sort of a completion drive. I tend to miss these opportunities to get something done start to finish, because I switch to another project I consider important. As of right now, I think you know exactly what I'm currently focused on, and I'm a little wary of coming back to running this until it's done, because I'll be distracted again. So, please have patience, and have faith.

If anything, I'll return with better writing and drawing skills out of this.

Something with ponies, I stopped keeping track a week or two ago.

Oh well, if you can improve on your already awesome skills, I can wait.

Like this:

I'll take a break from this all once we hit Phase 3 of our little plan and see the aftermath, so that's when I'll be resuming the game here. For reference, the finishing of the above image signifies the beginning of Phase 2.

It's called My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. If you don't know what that is... well, on one hand I pity you. On the other, perhaps you're lucky, I don't know. You can always watch some of the episodes on Youtube.

Yeah, August is school times, Sean. I'm still on the waiting list, right? (well it looks like it).  I'm liking the pictures.  I'll make a character as you start to kill off characters.

Quick question, how does a pony use a crossbow?

I'm more interested in how does a pony MAKE a crossbow. Especially if it's an earth pony or a pegasus. Once you're past that point, actually using the thing isn't much of an issue. MLP-verse ponies seem to have extra complex joints in the forelegs, allowing a great range of motion, so if it's an autoloading crossbow, the action sequence of crank lever-aim-mash trigger-repeat is simply enough done. A non-autoloader is more of a hassle, since the pony would have to use its mouth (again, if not a unicorn) to pull a bolt out of a quiver and place it into the drawn crossbow, but it's still doable with the flexibility the ponies in the show display. A unicorn, technically, just needs a quiver.

Well, AppleJack is apparently dextrous enough to make all sorts of apple based delicacies, so I'd assume they'd be able to make a crossbow. Or they just get dragons to do it. :)
