Once got a legendary military tactics.

Back when it could still happen, I got a legendary Drunk.

Back when it was possible, I once got a Liar and a Thief at the same time, and nobody else. I thought, "Uh oh, these bandits are going to trick my dwarves into thinking they're friendly!" and resolved to get rid of them somehow. Since my military wouldn't attack them, I ended up locking them in their rooms and worriedly bricking up the hallway until they starved.

I felt bad, for some reason. I've been running dwarf fortresses for so long now, I can't imagine why.

A talented crutch-walker with no fighting skills whatsoever, and his only other skill was accomplished at trapping.
Crutch walking must be a hobby of his, I don't see how he could have got it up otherwise ! 

Another weird thing about migrants, they seem to be coming in with less and less advanced social skills. It started with at least 7 Adept social skills to now only novice or adequate social skills... I guess my parent civ has decided to rid themselves of all their associal dwarves by sending them to my fortress. ^^

I checked, he still has both his legs and doesn't use any crutch ! He's also quick to anger. I'm going to watch that potential mad dwarf very closely

Broken but otherwise intact legs also require crutches.

Still, doesn't exclude the fact that he's walking around with no crutch. I should check his speed though.

Still, doesn't exclude the fact that he's walking around with no crutch. I should check his speed though.

After he healed that leg, he has no need to use a crutch anymore. The skill doesn't just disappear after he stops using the crutch though.
