[38A] Customizing nuisance races name crashes.

If you choose to play as a nuisance race like the kobolds in adventure mode, If you press to 'C'ustomize the adventurer last name it crashes.

Typically by editing the kobold's entry in the raw and adding some tag.  Humans, elves, and dwarves all have it.  [PLAYABLE] or something obvious like that.

Actually [INDIV_CONTROLLABLE] is the right thing to add. I have the latest version.

And kobolds don't have a language, Toady? Really now? How do they get their names then?

Wondering that myself, They don't have a [TRANSLATION:*] tag which is required to tell what language file to name them and there engravings etc. off of.

No, no. It's because they don't have LAST names. Instead of 'Dwarf' DwarfyDwarf or 'Kobold' Koboldykobold, it's 'Kobold'.

They don't have a language with translations.  They just have meaningless utterances, though I think a few of them occur specifically in the context of calling out their kills in adv mode, but that's less meaning and more tone/mood.  The kobold language functions by temporary associations and the immediate context, and it can't really be used to convey long-term information.
