Hmm... Who usually beats us? How fit and strong do they look? Also, hide our stuff as quickly as possible.

Oh OK, scrap the plans I had to create a part 2 myself then, good to have you back  :D ... although would you like to use some of the resources I'm halfway through making? The maps are taking a lot longer than I thought but I'm about %60-70 through it and also...

Let the guard come inside as he starts to attack you try to sieze whatever weapon he's using and subdue him, then question him about where you are, what's happened and whatever else, take anything such as keys from him afterwards.

You are a gnome. You can't beat a guard unarmed. Take you lickings and get to work on a shiv when he leaves. Perhaps use the beatings as dodging practice.

Aww... common, Gnome's are badass, they're almost as agile as elves and almost as tough (and as short) as dwarfs and some pretty awesome elemental earth based magic to boot along with mechanical genius.

I know that, but We don't have any magical knowledge or gadgets. The guard is likely armed at least with a whip. Lets not get crazy.

Ok that bits irrelevant... but still chances are it'll be a non-lethal weapon all that needs doing is as he goes to swing try to grab the weapon the struggle should be evenly weighted failure will probably result in a slightly harder beating but worse things have happened at sea. On the other hand once we've acquired the guards primary weapon we'll at an advantage, subduing somebody with a weapon is slightly easier than repeatedly hitting the same spot methodically and the reward for sucsess could potentially lead to valuable information.

We cannot get caught making a shiv, they would kill us. Just hide our stuff and wait for the guard to come in.

You try desperatly to remember what the beatings are like, but your memory of this place is completely blank.

You stash your walking stick under the sleeping bag and back up to the corner of the room, mentally preparing yourself for what is about to happen. The footsteps reach the door and it is thrown open, revealing a figure about your height.

The creature steps into the cell, bringing with it the scent of death. It appears to have once been a Gnome, however its flesh is miscolored and rotting, its eyes glow yellow, and its teeth are sharpened to points. In its left hand is a club carved from sickly looking wood.

It begins to approach you, snarling in its raspy voice, "Do you think cowering in the corner will save you, you worthless fool? You damned slaves never seem to learn."

You feel like you might be able to wrestle the club from it, if you act quickly. You could also just take the beating and plan some sort of escape. What would you like to do?

I'd love to use your resources, if you're willing to share them with me :)

I use paint.net (if that question was directed at me and not ashton1993), but looking into it Autorealm looks useful, and I may convert my old maps using it for future updates.
