Then:

Group: Hum loudly to try and make a few of the Ogres come over to investigate
Max: Attempt to find a hiding place so that any investigating Ogre will walk right past you and make itself vulnerable for a backstabbing.

Good idea, try to lure them out one by one.
(after healing wounds, though)

You back off and rest for a while, Asno calling a healing breeze to help your wounds recover. The four of you backtrack away from the room, preparing for the next battle. Max finds a suitable crevice to hide in, and you, Asno, and Mark drag the corpse of the last ogre toward the entrance of the cave to help maintain your stealth as you lure more ogres out.

You begin making loud humming and “de dee de deee” sounds, quickly attracting an ogre from the room. It walks past Max oblivious to his presence, and quickly spots the rest of the group.

If the ogre alerts the other that's the end of it, I say to silence his have max slash his larynx, Asno cauterize his mouth shut with her fire touch, then mark and kilroy should  watch the groups back, maybe drown out the noise by toppling a stacked crate.

Once the ogre is dealt with successfully regroup and lay down a trip wire at the entrance linked to any traps or perhaps barbs then lure them again.

If it's a failure and the others are alerted all four of the group should throw a fragmentation grenade into the cavern (they're specifically specialized for taking out groups I think) and then run.

feedback: I love the fog of war and also vent remember my offer - you can ask me to create fan art any time and 3 times out of 4 I'll be able to do it.

Just to say, that doesn't sound easy - it involves getting VERY close and, literally, on his face.

Easier than taking on four ogres at once?

Sure, but we aren't even certain the ogre will alert his friends if he sees us scared and runn... oh, wait. There's a dead body in plain view - and more near the entrance.
Never mind. Let's try it.

We still have the ring. And Asno's earths furry sounds like it would be good at taking on large groups of foes. Lets not risk getting stupid to silence the Ogre.

If we were certain that there were only those four ogres, no problem. But i'm afraid that more could pop out from the northern caves and bottle us up - we forgot to check there before.
I'd say, either we silence / terminate that ogre quickly, or it's a good idea to run.

Well then we retreat back to the entrance after killing this one. They don't seem to mover very quickly so we would beat them there, and if we do get back to the entrance they would all come at us from one direction.
