Asno entangles the ogre, not managing to grab it but whipping it with roots a few times.

Max throws a shrapnel bomb at the ogre, which lands directly under it. It it cut up badly and begins bleeding heavily.

You take aim at the ogre, hitting it in the inner thigh. The wound bleeds strongly. (-1 Arrow)

Mark takes aim for the throat, missing the jugular but hitting a major artery.

The ogre charges forward, and it seems to be focusing its rage toward you. It is already looking pretty pale.

Roy: If the Ogre is following you, try to get it to turn it's back on max
Asno: Fire touch if it gets in range, otherwise just creep closer
Max: Backstab if the opprotunity presents itself.
Mark: Take another shot at it.

Back off, the archers can aim at the legs. Max can stab it in the legs before backing off.

[OOC: Sorry about the slowness of the recent updates, I'm gonna try to update more frequently from now on, at least several times a day.]

The four of you begin backing up to keep distance with the ogre. You try to lure it to get its back turned to Max. It doesn't go as planned, and the ogre manages to back you into the wall, however Max does get the chance to run behind it.

The ogre swings its hammer at you, but luckily you manage to dodge in time.

Max gets behind the ogre and stabs it twice in the back, and manages to also slice its left achilles tendon before being kicked back toward the wall. The ogre collapses and Max gets a nasty bruise on his back.

Asno attempts to get within range of the ogre to burn it, but it is flailing around to much for her to get close enough to cast her spell.

Mark takes aim at the ogre, hitting it in the eye. It falls to the ground motionless as the arrow pierces its brain.

Max gets up from the ground and rubs his injured back, and takes a swig of rum from his flask.

Yay for update :D

I'm for exploring the southern branch of the cave - the one the last ogre popped out from.

Do it quietly - we don't want to be bottled up by an ogre from the northern cave.

This works.

Edit: If at any point updates have to come slowly again you might want to switch back over to the easy combat system so that things go faster.

You continue exploring the southern branch of the cave, coming to a large room. There are crates and boxes along the back wall, and a pile of rotting half-eaten corpses in the center, giving the room a putrid smell. There are four ogres in the room, rumbling and growling at each other. None of them seem to have noticed you yet.

I'd say - back away and heal our wounds.

back up and check out the other chamber. The closest one to the exit.

Those injured rest your wounds, roy go in stealth mode and look in the chamber.

I'd say - back away and heal our wounds.

Then:

Group: Hum loudly to try and make a few of the Ogres come over to investigate
Max: Attempt to find a hiding place so that any investigating Ogre will walk right past you and make itself vulnerable for a backstabbing.
