He should be holding a bomb or building a trap. 'Roy's Archery is not his defining skill. Still a good picture though.

Needs a beard. And leather armor. Perhaps lighter hair? (Not sure on that one) Perhaps you should draw him with his walking stick in hand?

Why are we having mark go into melee with a huge, powerful ogre? Just NO.

Mark: Shoot the nearby ogre while backing up. Be as distracting as possible.

Max: Rush behind Mark's ogre for a sneak attack. Try to be stealthy.

Roy: Shoot at the approaching ogre. Try to hit one of it's eyes.

Asno: Back off and cast Healing Breeze, focusing on yourself.

Changed my mind, this sounds better and Mark is almost done, I'll redo Kilroy as apprently I drew him wrong  :P but I'll post a half sketch for you to decide on

My only gripe is that healing breaze may be Area of Effect, and it may benifit the Ogre. Still, might as well take a risk.

That reminds me of Krillin from DBZ. I always thought that mark would have short brown hair, and not be bold. but you have the face right. That face is epic. Plus, he should be wearing leather armor.
