Don't kill the sprite. that's just not necessary.

If we side with the goblins and orcs, all of the Elves, Gnomes, Humans, and Dwarves will exile us as traitors. We are not sure exactly what the Greenskins have to offer us.

If we side with the allied forces, we have many safe havens, friends, but will have a large enemy. The Greenskins already have a dislike to our group, the High Chief might truthfully say that we may join them, but everybody else might disagree.

I say Stay and help the Allied Forces, we already have a bad reputation with the Greenskins.

A note: This isn't exactly the same as the DF universe, only the Elves are at war with the greenskins. Humans and Dwarves won't exile you. If you work for them your rep will increase pretty quickly as well.

The elves are ethically in the right here. Their ancestors may not have been, but the forest belongs to them now. Furthermore, elven magic's likely to be more useful then whatever greenskins could provide, and I generally side against slavery.

My vote goes to siding with elves.

They probably won't listen to a gnome and his companions, but we can still try. If they still want to fight, I say we let them but take no part in it. We shall loot and return to the elves, handle our affairs and equipment, get some supplies, and leave.

Just a thought, though: If we side with the greenskins, there would likely be lots of potential upward mobility through the ranks. Bay12 can easily outwit a few goblin leaders, and then we could encourage our orcish hordes to sack our hometown, or whatever it is that morally-poor gnomish leaders do.

My vote remains with the elves.

Ask the Orc what they intended to build using the supplies from the shipment. If the elves were lying about the forest destroying tank (Why would they destroy the forest if it was their home?) kill the Sprite on the spot and untie the greenskins.

Miniupdate:

You ask the Orc what his people intended to build with the supplies in the shipment. He explains to you that the machine his people were building was designed not to deforest huge areas, but to demolish Changedgrove and cut smaller amounts of wood to fuel the war effort against the Elves.

Ask who their leader is. Who leads the greenskin nation? Also, loot everything not nailed down.

Miniupdate:

You ask who leads the greenskin nation.

"That would be Krell, the great Goblin warchief. He lives in an obsidian tower in the middle of a desert, surrounded by a large fortress."

Everything that isn't glued to the floor will be looted in the actual update ;)

So is it decided? Are we siding with the Elves?
