You appear to be fine, the only strange thing is your stethoscope. It hangs on your neck in the traditional manner that you've grown comfortable with, the strange thing is that you didn't have it with you before. Your dream seems to be set exactly where you were, sans car, traffic, and any other people on the street.
On the street there are several sets of iron manacles that were dropped by the people that got taken by... whatever. Positioned loosely around you are three other glowing forms, struggling against the material binding them. [Perception+Alertness=Meager Success] A chain that leads into an alley between two skyscrapers clinks as it twitches slightly.

[Str+1/2will=Partial Success] You try and grasp at your covering, tearing at it left and right in an attempt to breach it. After a moment it rends across your back, letting you shake loose like some bizarre insect shedding its pupae. You are, strangely, not in your office anymore. You're on the street outside your office instead, two other humanoid shapes covered in glowing bags are off to your right, as well as a normal looking older human. Huh.

[Str+1/2will=Partial success] Through a combined process of squirming, cursing, and biting you manage to open a small hole, just as you were about to give up you find something familiar enshrouded with you, something sharp. Holding the knife in a reverse grip you manage to put it through the hole you made and slash the veil open.
The glow falls away from you to reveal a strange scene, you're at the corner of Elm and Fifth judging from the signs, not a place you remember going. Your laptop seems to have oozed out of the folds of the shrinking veil, not normal, but at least you have it with you. There are two other people and one other glowing thing here, manacles on the ground, and [Perception+Alertness=Great Success] a pair of glasses just fell to the sidewalk beside you. Strange...
