That has problems on itself.

What if rules change? The GM won't be happy if he has to explain all of the changes all over again.
What if you miss excellent turns and never get anything people talk about some of the time?
What if you have to dig back on the turns? You'll have absolutely no idea where anything is and will have to read through it all.
