Look at the ceiling! LOOK AT THE CEILING!!!
Achu thought about the weapons on display. She only had weapons for her manipulator arms right now, not for her combat arms... Maybe that chainsword? But that would probably jam... "I'll buy the Aurora revolver, and a clip for that, as well as a clip for my snaplock."

I probably should have gone in through a window.

Oh yeah.  Need some REAL B&E gear.  Stealth has failed- next try is force.

Shoot the lock open.  Switch to blade and use blade on target.  Woman only dies if she resists.  Otherwise, disappear into night when target is dead.

Don't forget: It crawls on walls, ALIEN style. You know what that means...  :P

It means, before Gao dies, he'll get to have a drop of alien slime land on his cheek, have time to go "What the Hell?" make a  ":o" face, and then the alien will jump on him as the camera slowly pans up, afterwards, fade to black.

Zara looked at the dying man, and said "May your soul rest in peace with our father, and may he forgive you for your sins." with that he brough his knife down on the mans chest ripping up his heart, and killing him quickly. Afterwards he took the gun, and continued to his target.

Akhain grinned slightly. What the Republicans didn't know is that he was a former Old Regime operative. The guards of this man were either fanatics devoted to him, or Old Regime patriots. Why use force when diplomacy is possible? He contacts his spy network, requesting where this man is. Force is good, yes, but.. why use Force when you can play the Triple Agent? Or the Quintuple Agent.

Taric Taiservi
Keep on him. Open fire as well. Ignore the drugged up ganger for now. If cain does get up, throw a grenade in with him.

[4]vs[5] - Taric snaps back into movement, leaping past the bed and closing the distance to Cain. The ganger disappears out of the window, pulling himself up to the above apartment. [1-1=1] The masked ganger doesn't have time to react to all this.

Taric throws himself forward, swinging upwards from the window and twisting mid-air to get a grip on the window of the above flat. He pulls himself in just after Cain into an apartment identical to the one below. [1][2][5] Cain opens up with the Snaplock while still heading for the door. [Dodge:1+1+1=3] The bullet glances off Taric's shoulder, but the ganger boss uses the chance to speed up and disappear through the doorway. [Damage:3-4=0] Taric simply ignores the shot alltogether, following Cain out onto the platform. [1] The chase continues, though Taric is gaining on his prey.

[3] - Akhain sends a flurry of messages out across his network. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like any of them want to give up their information for free. One of his more reliable informants knows the location, and is willing to give it up for 1500¤. Of course, Akhain knows where he lives and beating the man up for the intel is always an option.

Systar
Shoot the lock open.  Switch to blade and use blade on target.  Woman only dies if she resists.  Otherwise, disappear into night when target is dead.

[1] - Systar takes out his revolver and pulls the trigger, only to hear a 'click'. He's left the safety on! The door slams open and Stjepan steps out, stripped to the waist. He spots the gun in your hand [3+1=4] and is moving in a heartbeat. [Dodge:6] He's not fast enough. Systar drops to one knee and [6][Dodge:6] tries to return the favor, but Stjepan jumps back into the room. Systar spots the woman behind him, holding something in her hands. [4][Dodge:2-1=1] He charges on, surprising the bigger man by the move and [Damage:26+12=38] performs a horizontal slash that burns across his target's waist. Stjepan screams in pain [4] but Systar isn't done yet. Using the implant to it's maximum ability, surging across the floor of the hotel room like lightning. [Dodge:6-1=5] He crashes into Stjepan rather clumsily before he can strike, underestimating the speed of his charge.

[5+1=6] The two men roll around the floor, both trying to gain somekind of advantage. [Dodge:3-1=2] In the end, Stjepan gains that, slashing with the Combat Knife just below Systar's ribcage. [Damage:7] Systar returns with a knee to the crotch, and uses the chance to stand back up. Stjepan does the same. The two men circle eachother, daring the other to make the first move.

[4][Dodge:3] 'Stjepan! Get back!' the woman suddenly shouts, interrupting the pair. Stjepan leaps behind a nearby sofa, but Systar isn't so quick. He tries to back away, seeing the Gravity Trap coming, but it's too late. The black cylinder rolls along the floor and activates, springing up a blue forcefield. Systar is pinned to the floor, [Stun:2-2=0] but only for a few seconds. The edge of the gravity field is easy to escape from. He stands back up.

Stjepan points his revolver at Systar. 'Who the hell sent you? Who are you?' he asks, still bleeding heavily from Systar's surprise charge.

Gaosaron
Gao transferred his shotgun to the middle pair of arms and raised his top right hand to his visor, pressing a few buttons to initiate a more advanced scan. If it turned up nothing he would assume it had went into one of the rooms and sweep them one at a time; animals liked to lurk in dark, enclosed spaces if he knew his psychology.

[4] - The visor scan takes a while, and turns up what Gao suspected already. The creature fled into one of the other rooms. Gao follows the tracks along the corridor and then into the third maintenance room. Then the tracks stop. The bounty hunter tries to remember what he knows about creatures like these. He moves inside, checking each corner of the room with the visor. Then, with dawning horror, he turns his gaze upwards. A good climber like that would love to strike from the ceiling. He lets out a deep sigh of relief - the ceiling is empty. Gao turns to leave the room.

And comes face-to-face with the beast. [4] He finds rows and rows of sharp teeth a few inches from his eyes, dripping with saliva and blood. A detached thought drifts into Gao's head, wondering if the beast liked to toy with its previous victims like this as well. [Dodge:3] Then he's on the move, trying to pull away from the almost hypnotic sight and bringing the shotgun up. He's not quick enough to fully comprehend what happens next, but feels the beast's weight slam into him and pain erupt just below his neck. [Damage:21-7=14] Gao falls hard onto the metal floor, watching the predator as it uses his body as a springboard to jump up to the ceiling, which it no doubt used to get behind him in the first place. He realizes abruptly that his shotgun, in the way of the beast's charge, was the only thing that stopped it from ripping his head off instead of just opening up his upper body.

[1][6] Gao gets up just in time to see the creature's body tense for another attack. He has no intention of giving it time to complete the jump. [Dodge:4] The shotgun blast explodes against the ceiling where the beast was just moments ago, but Gao now finds it next to him on the floor. [3] It leaps forward again, [Dodge:6] but this time Gao is ready and slams the butt of the shotgun into the side of its head as hard as he can. There's an audible snap as its head turns from the blow, but there is no stopping the attack's momentum. The beast crashes into Gao again, sending both of them sliding down the floor.

The beast gets back up, showing no signs of slowing down. Gao forces his battered body up, leveling the shotgun at the beast. He has no intention of losing his life to some dumb tourist's pet.

Subject 971
"No problem, Dalia. You won't see him again, I promise."

971 heads to the ground floor to wait for his target to emerge from the elevator. Then he follows him at safe distance, not engaging him directly yet, just seeing where he goes, and studying his habits.

[3] - 971 acknowledges the mission to the general and gets up, looking for his target. Fashuk is already in the elevator, and the doors are closing. There's no way he'll get down before him. Nevertheless, 971 rushes down the stairs after the smuggler. When he finally reaches the bottom floor, panting from the exertion, Fashuk is nowhere to be seen. Was he even coming down? 971 realizes he has no idea where the Sikhet diplomat actually went.

Fortunately, after 971 walks outside to think, he spots Fashuk climbing aboard a taxi which takes off towards the Industrial District. Is that where he's staying? 971 finds another cab and tells the driver to follow the first. For some reason, the driver finds this hilarious.

A few minutes later, both taxis are above the Industrial District. Fashuk's cab shows no signs of stopping, so perhaps it's not here after all. Before he can think on that further, Dalia's voice appears in 971's ears through the commlink in the Visor.

'What happened? Do you have him? Where is he heading?' she asks.

Zara
Zara looked at the dying man, and said "May your soul rest in peace with our father, and may he forgive you for your sins." with that he brough his knife down on the mans chest ripping up his heart, and killing him quickly. Afterwards he took the gun, and continued to his target.

[6] - Zara blessed the dying man and turned the Mechanical Blade on again. Hardly an appropriate tool for such a graceful task, but he had nothing else at his disposal. [Dodge:3][Damage:11-9=2] Despite the dying ganger's resistance, it was no battle. Soon enough, Zara had stopped his escape attempts and gave the finishing blow. The man's head flew off in an arc.

[5] Zara cleaned his blade, put it back in the scabbard and continued onwards. This little disturbance had taken up enough of his time already. He brought up the sewer map on his visor. The way out opened up behind the building. Hopefully, the soldiers would only be guarding the front. [5] The rest of the trip went on without any further problems, and Zara found the ladder up and began to climb.
Pushing off the cover, Zara took a quick look around to check he was in the right place and to finally breathe in fresh air again. The maps hadn't lied. He was in the backyard of the CSC building. There was a single guard present, looking up and down the river with his back turned to Zara. Good thing he didn't try to come by boat, then. An open door to the CSC building beckoned. There was no need to alert the guard, though if he did get caught, every killed soldier would be one less to fight off then.

Akhain started to reply to his reliable informant. He was low on funds, but this job payed big. He'd earn it many times over soon. Either send the money to the informant remotely, or request a meet for the transfer.

Gao pulled out his Inferno with his top pair of arms and his carbine with his bottom pair. This monster was about find out why other races said the Ventahin's favorite tactic was a 'metal storm.' With all three guns, he opened fire on the beast.

...I'm probably not allowed to do that. :P If not just treat the other weapons as flavor text and use the shotgun alone.

"Someone wants you dead.  I don't ask questions."

While saying this, feint away from cover, then dive toward it.  Throw a gravity trap at them from behind cover then close and slash.  If the target is dead and the woman is stunned, run.  Otherwise, kill them both and disappear into the night.

ACTION REDACTED

Hmm... how long does it take the cloaking device to activate?

Hmm.  They have guns, I have a blade.

Yeah, might be a good time to use it.  See new action below.

"Someone wants you dead.  I don't ask questions."

While saying this, feint away from cover, then dive toward it.  Activate the cloaking device, then circle around and attack.  Keep moving.  Kill the target first.  If still cloaked, kill the woman.  If cloak drops and she's alive, run.  In either case, disappear into the night.
