Iron Knuckles.

I'm writing this to get some help.
Basically, I'm trying to add in brass knuckles, but with iron instead of brass 'cause that's just so much dwarfier.
Here's the raws so far.

Make it so the only reaction to make them is to make IRON knuckles?

I think it's the way towns develop now. In the beginning, people move into a town. Then they start producing tables, which results in more and more tables. Soon tables represent a significant portion of the population, they start lobbying for new laws and regulations, putting people to greater and greater disadvantage...

What he said. I added them into my game as simply "knuckledusters" since ironically, you can't actually make brass knuckles from brass.

Unless you mod in a reaction, of course.

I decided to simply make them "Knuckles" since I just wanted some punch enhancers, and didn't care how they were made.
Arena tests conclude that a Buster Dwarf v.s. an unarmed results in the buster winning 4/5 times. However, they can't fight a hammerdwarf all too well.
Any idea of how I could make them more vicious? I turned the velocity enhancer from 2500 to 3000.

smaller contact area, deeper penetration, edge damage. Just like a spear on your knuckles.

Increase their size.  Larger size = more mass = more impact damage.

It'd rather not make a brand new matter. Attempting to make slime had odd effects.

Also, multiple ATTACK entries check for opportunity attacks individually.  So you can create a martial-artsy weapon by making the weapon's individual attacks lower-damage but giving the user lots of options, so they have lots of different ways to find an opening in their opponents guard.
