The Chinese Empire is against granting the full benefits of communal research for only a token effort.

Who amongst those who are pooling for the meson technology has the best leader for it? I have Xue Chan Long. He grants no bonuses and specializes in power, but can organize 25 labs flawlessly.
I would be willing to donate the lab time from ten labs, but would prefer only five. I propose that all who participate in the venture pool scientific resources equally.

I propose that we pool the research until we have any technology needed for basic meson PDCs.

We would be willing to gather the best surveyors in the field to survey Earth.

We, too, would be happy to put 5 labs towards any communal research, along with the aforementioned leader. And getting a Survey done fairly quickly would be a good idea, the Lawmakers are willing to cooperate in this.

Dr. Mitten isn't as good as Scientists as Dr. Brookes (20%), but can easily coordinate 25 laboratories. I'll also be glad to contribute 5 labs toward meson weaponry. Someone should also research fire control and sensors.

At the very least,

• 10cm Meson Focal Size
• Meson Focusing Technology 1
• Beam Fire Control Range 10,000km
• Active Grav Sensor Strength 10
• Pressurized Water Reactor

Then the actual meson cannon, meson turret, and power plant. I think. So, if you wanted it pushed out the door right the hell now, 5 nations would need to put their full researching power behind this. I'd recommend a sixth concentrate on capacitor recharge rate, but that's just my love of 5 second firing beam weapons talking.

We'll need fast-firing mesons if we're to take down missiles. Although there is another possibility. An AM base on the moon, that could use lasers, thus having a much greater range. They'll also be protected from anyone trying to attack them with ground troops.
