I have a pretty nice story of one of my fights when although my opponent ripped off my arm I still won the match. I was know as one arm guy for the rest of the time I was there.

I play a version with friends where you can't move stuffs that's not attactched to your head (or attatched to something that's attactched to your head etc.) and so I've become very effective at tearing people's heads off. Regardless of how you go about trying twisting left and right relative to the spine is rather effective.
