Huh? Why is he getting all weepy on me? I'm using the latest version, 0.21.104.19b, and the caravan he came with just arrived.

I'd guess so.  He's probably having repeated sad thoughts because he can't talk to the broker to make trade deals.

Yeah, the diplomats go a little nuts right now when they can't find their meeting target.  Not sure what's causing it, since they should just walk away.  Just walk away, and put an end to the horror.
