Ze people have spoken! Omnivore it is
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
BEHOLD AS WE EAT PLANTS
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
AND ANIMALS (wow that looks wrong)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
And so we keep growing. As you see now shells are starting to appear floating around
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
And then we reach the last growth level. The water is noticeably muddy
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Also BABIES EVERYWHERE
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Oh and heres the electric thing to appease the breadbocks (its is not replacing our eyes, it is ontop of our eyes!!!)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
And so we keep eating until *DADADA* we fill our DNA meter and are now ready to progress to the next stage!
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Heres our timeline. As you can see we have been rather bloodthirsty  8)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Finally we are almost ready to reach the creature stage! :D any last moment adjustment suggestions?

COMMENCING CREATURE STAGE

LOG OF **** *******
#34563
I have been assigned to watch over subject species 45902 due to their recent evolution into a larger land based species. I have chosen to focus my reports upon a single specimen that has shown higher intelligence than the rest and appears to be something similar to a leader.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Curiously Species 45902 has shown the ability to absorb dna from corpses and other creatures. I must make a note to speak to ***** about this development.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Upon leaving the nest the subject immediately headed for the nearest group of other creatures.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
The subject then displayed it's singing abilities, apparently in order to ally with the creatures. This is in contrary to the species previously observed behavior before it moved onto land in which reports state that it was a vicious predator.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Subject had a quick meal of fruit before heading back to the nest
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
LOG OF **** *******
#34569
Since my last report 45902 has evolved at an extremely fast rate as was predicted by ********. 45902 now possesses a pair of grasping appendages.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
They have also shown more maternal care for their young. The adult specimens have been seen teaching the newly hatched the skills they will require to survive.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Subject has continued to show very curious and friendly behavior
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
And it has made yet another alliance with one of it's neighbors.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
The absorbed DNA it has been accumulating appears to have enhanced it's intelligence a noticeable amount. I believe that we should keep a close eye on 45902. It shows a lot of potential to be the solution that we are looking for...

My Sporename is

Neonivek

Buddy buddy buddy! (I didn't even notice you do that... my automatic assumption is LPers don't want to buddy people)

Unfortunately I am probably too late for any of my creatures to be seen in the creature phase unless it doesn't put them all up at once. I make descriptions for any creature that my brother didn't make under my account that are quite expansive.

I should get on Spore and make some more Dwarven creatures right now *gleeful prance*

Sorry I really shouldn't be this excited, it is just that having other people look at your creations was 50% of Spore.

YAY someone actually submitted :D

And don't worry from what I've seen the game adds in creatures gradually as nests are discovered. Partially so that the wildlife will scale alongside the player creature.

Then I only have to hope it doesn't use my brother's stuff, or my old reject stuff.

Come on Rare Lohphantom Beta!

Some I kept for Nostalgia and others I kept because for some unfathomable reason people actually like them more then I did.

Trust me, I've done a LOT of filtering... It was one of the reasons I didn't play much (because the vast majority of creatures you actually make in the creature phase are rejects and that I like to take my time playing this game... except during civ which I burst through)

I actually got bogged down in Civ, which was a shame because it was probably the least fun stage.

Cool lp by the way!!!

Take a Quark with you. Name him Mr Smily and go on an adventure to make more friends!

Also grow some wings as soon as you can, and keep looking like an overgrowth mosquito.

I need to play through Spore again... it's been a while.

The moment the lever was pulled, somebody's pet kitten stepped onto the bridge. I read somewhere that if a cat falls more than 11 stories, it instinctively flares its legs out to increase air resistance. This slows it down enough to stick the landing with relatively minor injuries. In Dwarf Fortress, apparently, cats don't do that.
