LOG OF **** *******
#34570
45902 has grown considerably since my last report on them. Their entire stature has changed so that they now stand much taller. Their vestigial cilia have split in two and and been modified into simple wings. They also have grown bright crests on their heads to aid in communication.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
The recent increase in intelligence has lead to 45902 exhibiting pack behavior.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
The pack members have been aiding each other when interacting with other species.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Upon traveling a certain distance the subjects encountered what appeared to be nestfulls of creatures in a stage of metamorphosis. The subject was peturbed by this for unknown reasons.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
However they seemed quite happy to go back to their routine once things were back to normal.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Also the subjects are beginning to encounter much more hostile creatures and have begun to behave somewhat more cautiously, observing from a distance before deciding whether to approach or not.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
45902 then had another intelligence boost.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
At this time the other species have begun showing a more cooperative initiative working together while interacting with the subject. This has caused some difficulty for the subject in attempting to impress them.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
LOG OF **** *******
#34580
Since last observed the subject has gone through a great many changes. It's head and arms have gained a form of touch sensory apparatuses. 45902's fingers have fused into a simpler structure and it's feet have grown sharp claws. Also there is a barb on their wrists. These changes appear to be in response to the more complex and more hostile environment.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
45902 has moved to a new nesting site.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
However they  left behind a few younger members, forcing them to play catch up.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Other than that, the migration was mostly uneventful.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
The new nest is nearby many hostile species including a specimen of the Epic Creature class.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
The Epic creature chased off and slaughtered a group of grafalops during which the subject took the opportunity to sneak into their nest and steal the nearby bone piles
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
They were not amused
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Almost immediately afterwards a group of Cutebolds banded together and slaughtered them in retaliation.

Well nothing of mine yet, but things can still go well.

Yeah the Creature phase is actually the most glitchy phase oddly enough (though Tribal can break uttarly if you have wings sometimes), you risk crashing whenever you move outside the "Play area" but it is often worth it since it is the best way to collect parts and get extra DNA before the "End".

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
LOG OF **** *******
#34586
Not much has changed in 45902 in a while
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
They have continued to explore their environment and attempting to befriend their neighboring creatures
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
When possible
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
The subject spent quite some time here trying to interact with the Staryu. There were difficulties as they had other problems to deal with.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
The subject was interrupted by a brief meteor shower at one point and strangely did not attempt to run and hide like the rest of the native creatures.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
LOG OF **** *******
#34589
Subject has gone through some major changes in head structure since my last report on it. Their hands have developed to have tough clawed lumps of bone on them and the sensory apparatuses on their heads have developed.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
However their behavior has been mostly the same.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Eventually it paid off as they received another boost in intelligence
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Also the herd has migrated again
And once again they "forgot" a group and left them behind to trail after them.
It is at times like these that I have doubt in *******'s intelligence estimates.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
And so they began the long journey to meet back up with the herd
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
However when they went past the lake, they took a detour and collected a Quark for unknown reasons.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
After a while they eventually found a Spice Geyser that they used to give them lift so that they could fly up high enough to see where the nest was
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
When they were finally reunited the nest was expanded.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
They then immediately began familiarizing themselves with their neighbors
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
It did not go over all that well
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Also a note. While exploring the subject encountered a probe sent by *** to collect an Adorak specimen. I do not know whether to yell at him over choosing such an conspicuous design, or to commend him for his cleverness in picking one that could be mistaken by the natives for a flying creature.

LOG OF **** *******

45902 has developed bonelike nubs on it's electrical generators. And their wings have developed further into a more reptilian design with large stretched out portions of skin.

Subject immediately began traveling and started recruiting various other species of creatures for some unknown reason
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Subject then attempted to swim across the ocean to try to see what was on the other side
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
It was immediately eaten by one of the specimens *** has dubbed MegaBattleFish
Someone really must speak to him about his naming procedures.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Back at the nest 45902 has begun preparing for something, fiddling about with sticks and wistfully staring at the sky.

LOG OF **** *******
#34600
Subject has lost most of it's sensory and ornamental organs apparently they have moved into the inside of the body for better protection and convenience. Since my last report subject has been displaying enough intelligence for it to be transferred over to ******'s department.
I highly recommend keeping a close eye on it and would suggest we put up a blockade to prevent Grox interference. **** Out.

(Okay any last moment modifications, name changes, or suggestions for tribal outfits?)

Hmmm.... give it the coat second down on the left side in the last pic. The purple-y color looks cool.

Also, I meant how the Spore quarks were possible. They are literally just balls.
