I enjoy computers, technology in general, and staying away from the sun. Also no touching. It creeps me out. No offense.

At first, when I thought that was a real planet, I was a bit interested. Once I realized it was a game, I was enthralled. Upon seeing the flight mechanics, I fell in love and decided to marry this game engine instead. Sorry about that and thank you for your time. And now that I've seen the surface of the planet, I want to father this engine's children.

We may be past this already, but it's kinda hard to tell with this thread.

Does anyone else feel that acoustic instruments tend to sound messy when you play them too quickly or too many different notes at once? Pianos in particular can sound like someone is just smashing their fists randomly on the keys on a particularly complicated piece of music. But when done with an electric instrument, the notes become much clearer and the piece can be fully enjoyed.

Or maybe it's just me.

Don't sustain your notes so much.  Play staccato instead of letting your notes ring out fully because as they decay they'll interfere with what you are playing and make it sound bad.

Oh no, I mean in general. I don't know how to play an instrument.

Well inform the artists you were listening to that they need to do that. :P

I feel that this thread has become far too benign...

You're perfect. I think this will work out after all.

Now... now I just need to find a way to get the engine out of the picture.

Murder the hypotenuse.  Preferably with magma.

But what will we do with the two legs? They'll look stupid! All alone. Just a right angle. *Shudders*

No, without the hypotenuse, the standing leg will just fall over and, since it'd be in 2-d space, for all intents and purposes it'll just be one line.

Unfortunately, the vertical leg was also the only thing holding the y-axis up. Therefore, the y-axis of 2-dimensional existence will crumble, and chaos will reign for 1,000 years...

Then at year 1,001 AH (after hypotenuse) everything will sort itself out and the world would actually become pretty bitchin'.

While still being one-dimensional, which makes it pretty difficult to be interesting, so it certainly will be kickin-rad
