I just had Doom 2 flashbacks. You know, if it came without the guns, and with better designed fortresses and the aim was to kill the protagonist.

I just realized something, with the help of my brother:

If you break a record for the number of records broken in a single sitting, doesn't that add to the number of records you've just broken, increasing the number and breaking the record again?

The pull of a black hole would be less than the gravity of the star it came from. Avoiding it wouldn't be too hard, especially in space.
