It would only seem strange if it missed you. If it ran you over, it wouldn't feel like anything at all...

That didn't last long, huh? Shame, cause binary's cool. Anyway, an important message: I will be changing my names on every username based thing I use to ASCIt on/around 10/1. Consolidating, I guess you could say.

Unless you were terribly unlucky and there was no damage to your skull, which means you are likely to be conscious for a few moments...

The length of those few moments depends on how much of the non-skull bit was unharmed...

Or rather how high your pain tolerance is. You will probably pass out before you die. Even if it just got your ankles.

Although I would say that that train was probably very loud going through that brush. Almost like there was a train hurtling through a forest at high speed... I doubt it would actually surprise anyone that wasn't entirely deaf.

You can remain lucid for sometime minutes after being decapitated.

Once or twice after a one too many type of discussion and I was already hooked, luckily growing up during the French Revolution, I needed only speak up about something vaguely political to get my fix. They were some of happiest days of my life. All good things come to an end though, and in 1794 I had the honor of being decapitated alongside my favorite dealer Maximilien Robespierre. After that trying to be guillotined became a much harder endeavor and I took up murder to fuel my addiction. Sadly, even killing 7 people in the same night was not enough to get me more than one decapitation after a due process (for the time). These delays were maddening and I knew I needed to find a place with some sort of fast-track to execution...

I didn't know zombies were regarded as legal entities...

Oh, and I suppose YOUR country has zombie laws, zombie courts and truckloads of people to use them?

Well, excuse me for not living under such an advanced legal system. Obviously my presence here is unneeded. You're probably busy settling an undead copyright infringement case or something equally grand.

The swiss have euthanasia laws for the elderly, maybe that's where she lives?

Thanks for the suggestion, but Number4 is correct: [...] it would be easier and more predictable to just be a racist.

Fun fact: The undead are not granted any social security or other government monetary benefits, but are granted federally funded housing should they desire it.

I'm pretty sure most 'Mericans just pull out a shotgun.
