Official diagnosis: ???

I have no idea why it's messing up at all. If it's not working in 24 hour or so, I'll roll back to a last known good, but considering this really should be the last known good, I'm very confused!

If they end up lynched because they didn't post, oh well. Too bad for them. Maybe they should've tried posting.

Well, dunno what the original bug was, but I have something working now! Also fixed the bug where the sorting order was being ignored.

And for the record, just because it's spinning doesn't mean it's actually doing anything. The spinner is just a GIF, it doesn't actually indicate progress in the slightest.

Also, to whoever goes to bay12forums.com and not www.bay12forums.com: you're singlehandedly responsible for breaking the LurkerTracker. I hate you.

In all seriousness, I'll have that bug fixed as soon as possible, but BYOC won't work for the lurker tracker until then.

Ugh. That was dumb. Fixed, but I'm not happy about it. Right now, if you use bay12forums.com instead of www.bay12forums.com, you'll flush the entire cache for the thread. It's either that or whoever's the first one to cache the thread will get to have the cache and the other will be shit outta luck.

Why even bother with that? Wouldn't a quick replace fix that? Like, if no www.bay12forums.com, replace bay12forums.com with www.bay12forums.com? I mean, it's a quick, dirty fix, but it does the job.

A problem occurred in a Python script. Here is the sequence of function calls leading up to the error, in the order they occurred.
 /home/bnormoyle/think0028.com/lurkertrackerjson.py in ()
  283     pageposts += [newpage]
  284 for j in newposts:
  285     c.execute('insert into posts values (?,?,?,?,?,?)', (j[0],unicode(j[1], "utf-8", "ignore"), unicode(j[2], "utf-8", "ignore"), j[3], start,unicode(url, "utf-8", "ignore")))
  286 conn.commit()
  287 c.close()
c = <sqlite3.Cursor object>, c.execute = <built-in method execute of sqlite3.Cursor object>, j = (3703178, '<div class="quoteheader"><div class="topslice_qu...miness.
&nbsp;</div>\n\t\t\t\t\t</div>\n\t\t\t\t</div>', 'zombie urist', datetime.datetime(2012, 10, 17, 13, 18, 26), 264), builtin unicode = <type 'unicode'>, start = 263, url = 'http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=117205'

<class 'sqlite3.IntegrityError'>: PRIMARY KEY must be unique
      args = ('PRIMARY KEY must be unique',)
      message = 'PRIMARY KEY must be unique'

Thread Revive! Think is sending me the source for an unrelated project of mine. But it seems he's busy with other stuff, so if any problems come up I'll be putting out the fires. Report bugs! :O

Anyone know if the last one was fixed off the top of their heads? I'll look closer at it once I get the code but yeah

Since you asked, the Lurkertracker for The Great Temple is broken pretty bad. It seems to be adding partial span tags at color changes in the vote text, which has resulted in the page getting truncated after Nerjin.
