Max:A faun, very large, coming in at about 5' tall' approaches you. He has dark, nearly black, fur covering his legs and an entirely bare chest. He carries a maul that the same size as him but wears no armour.
"I... Good sir, Am Hortus Cornu. I'm gonna join you on your next *hic* raid. What do ya want me to do?"Hortus:You are a drifter, constantly looking for your next fix of sex, drugs and booze. You recently broke off from your gang of bandits that you normally hung around with after they planned a robbery on one of your favourite vineyards. Your gold supply was going to run out soon, and you had to get money from somewhere. Besides, in your drunken stupor the idea of going into dungeons inhabited by monsters and fighting them seemed like a good idea. You approach the Dwarf before you and introduce yourself.
"I... Good sir, Am Hortus Cornu. I'm gonna join you on your next *hic* raid. What do ya want me to do?"Skyler:You head for this abandoned house, hoping to find a lead on this evil mage. It is a short journey across the town, and you find yourself there before you know it. The house is crumbling and decrepit with cobwebs hanging from the recesses. The windows are mostly cracked and so dusty you can't see through them, but you think you can see a small blur of movement upstairs. As you approach the front door, a deep, rumbling voice sounds from the heavens.
"Before you enter my domain, a warning. Once you are inside, you are my slave, bound to serve my will for all eternity or suffer a painful death by the hand of my minions taking residence. You have been warned."Frist:You return to the house, sure that the merchant inside must be asleep. The front door is tightly locked so you get out your newly bought lockpicks. Sadly, your lockpicking skills aren't well-refined enough to pick the lock. You stop to think for a while, and decide to climb up the wall and go in through the window. The climb up is short and easy, but getting in through the window is a different matter. You grab the window and push it gently open, knocking a pot off the windowsill in the process. It lands on the floor and smashes, waking the owner and leaving you on the side of the house, peering in through the window.
