Look up current locations of Tenticalian. Are they mixed in with the military, or under their own command?

Load toxin in crates, made out of glass if possible. Load the crates in planes and drop them on every town we can reach. That'll do the trick!

This would be about 80x more efficient done in aerosol format.

Set your zombie soldiers and scouts to the task of capturing any hiding or on-the-run humans, but DO NOT infect them or kill them.  Use brainwashing and concentrated propaganda to turn them into human sleeper agents.  Equip them with Z toxin bombs, and send them to Taopi as suicide bombers.  Have them infiltrate areas of high human activity ( especially places such as military bases and government buildings ).  Once they activate the bombs, they'll be zombified, and the people around them will be transformed as well.

The loss of 600m people was likely due to numerous outbreals in other cities, that and people submitting to zombification, due to your brilliant campaign. That, and more accurate numbers made it look like many people had died.

Many of your research facilities are currently occupied by human forces, and of the ones that are not, they have not been progression into that branch of warefare. However, you order your scientists to begin researching if blood sucking insects can be zombified, or if they would have to do something else. Another issue is that most blood sucking insects have been killed by swarms of NanoExterminators, and batches of them would take a while to aqquire.

The Tenticalians are currently spread on various embassies. Each continent, with a sub government ruled by the major, has been in contact with the aliens. Many Tenticalians have already been zombified on this continent, though many on this continent have flown away, and many of them shot down by our defence sattelites.

The "Glass Zoxin" method has been talked of before, though it is beleived that it would not work - the Zoxin would have to go in through open wounds. The glass box may not wound that many people with shards of flying glass, not enough for a proper outbreak.

And how would these Zoxin Bombs work, exactly?

To increase zombification, we need to refine the toxin further to something that can infect merely by breathing it in.  Nothing else will get us faster results.

If we don't have the capabilities to do that now, scout out the least defended human-controlled research center, and attack it.  Once we have that, dedicate it to airborne toxin research.

Breathable Zoxin sounds like a good idea. Should we stop research on our previous topic and begin research on that?

There is merely one research center left, where experimental weaponry is being used to keep our forces at bay. We have now ordered them to mass near it for an assault.

Unfortunately, diplomacy is out of the question. Zombitopia is part of the Human Federation, and do not actually even consider us a legal power, instead believing us as BioTerrorists.

Zoxin spreading NanoBots? Brilliant! Why didn't we think of it before? Probably because of zombification induced amnesia! We'll have to engineer NanoEscorters to protect our NanoZombies from any hostile Nano's, but factories will begin producing the first batches of them soon.

In the meantime, you decide to rest for the night.
The next morning...

Continents;
Wypol;
Population: 4.41B
Zombie Controlled, small groups of survivors.

Taopi;
Population: 2.51B
Zombie Outbreaks Detected, 1 Major

Zalloshi;
Population: 3.65B
No Detected Zombie Outbreaks

Population:
Total: 10.57B
62.6% Human,
33.3% Zombie,
4.1% Tenticalian.

Apparently, one of the outbreaks on Taopi has grown out of hand, and now it is dangerous to roam. Meanwhile, numbers are now even MORE accurate! Hurray! Also, for more accurate scanning has revealed more people than previously thought of. Yay. Oh, and a lot more Tenticalians flew away. Most got blown up.

The Zoxin bomb explodes, causing a thick, liquid version of the virus to fly in every direction, infecting anyone it touches.

Most of the human on your continent are hiding, so you'd need to find them all first,

Secondly, Zoxin doesnn't infect anybody it touches. We use darts which pierce the skin and them pump the Zoxins out of the dart and into them.

Oh, well in that case, modify the Z bombs to launch very small, non-lethal darts.  They just shoot out in all directions, infecting anyone it pricks, including the brainwashed human bomber himself.

I say yes.  It'll make mass conversion incredibly easier.

The "Non-Lethal" darts idea is a good one, though are you saying it should explode showing the area with little darts, or just like, create an air blast or something? The darts could twist or turn, causing the blunt area to hit people.

Initial tests do not look promising for breathable Zoxin, probably because it usually has to go in through a wound, and digestion or drinking of it tends to not end in Zombification, though it might work inside the lungs, but it is unlikely. However, scientists have a new idea - acidic Zoxin. It could melt very small patches of weak or damaged skin, and then consense inside people, causing Zombification.
