(Essence is blue, derm. thats what I'd meant)
Codex
(3-1) You slowly get away from the attack, but are mildly injured by the rogue due to your slowed reactions.
Status: Mild Injury.
Inventory: 5 Living Tools, Translated Note

Griffin
(1) If you weren't so sturdy and heavy, you'd be on the floor right now, because you really screwed this time up as well. Agents aren't known for being that strong, however, so you get the hint and walk off dejected.

(2-1 for sadness) Today is not your day at all.
Status: Depressed.
Skills: Militia Training: Swordsman
Inventory: Training Sword

Sorus
(2) You do not find where the book has gone.
Skills: Shaper Knowledge: Essence

Hiraluke
(5) You finish the book, and now have what you'd say is a large amount of knowledge of Essence at this point. Its not due back until you return it though, so why not keep it for now? Maybe the others know something you don't. But what to do now? the proctor's room is marked 'GO AWAY. BUSY.'

Skills: Shaper Knowledge: Essence (maxed for Apprentice level)
Inventory: Essence of the Beginner (borrowed)

Derm
(1) You look too closely, fall into the healing pool, and drown. You are now a healing-fueled zombie, because its impossible to die while being healed constantly.
Status: Divine Undead
Skills: Inverted Undead, Shaper Wrath Elicitor, Powered by Healing, Buffed by Healing

Dragnar
(Bleeding Check: 2-2 for unstopped Heavy Bleeding) It somehow gets even worse, and you die from lack of blood. Alas, you never even found the teacher.
(Try again y/n?)

HA! And you thought the Shapers would be the ones to die horribly. Though in all fairness he probably should have gotten a roll to get out of the pool or not drown.

Anyway, forget the book! I can learn through experimentation, or asking someone more experienced who'd like the chance to lecture to someone who knows what they're talking about! Or maybe just finding a different book on the same general subject.

I think something is missing here.

Well honestly, that just sounded like a more interesting way to go than "you get out of the pool", considering how the rest of the turn went.

but and mildly injured by the rogue due to your slowed reactions.

Was supposed to be 'are'

owl, derm was a shaper.
But hes not technically dead, he drowned in healing.
Agent Dragnar, on the other hand, is most definitely dead. and red. and quite a mess.

Hide or something, I honestly don't know. Attention is definably a bad thing until you can get this fixed (or die). Your clothes aren't changed (except for being soaked in healing pool goop), so pull your hood really far forward or something to hide your face.

No, he just has to not run out of healedness. plenty of it right now, since his clothes are drenched in healing pool goop.
