If it possible to make creatures at all stronger, AFTER they've been created?

as in, making the velocity of their attacks higher?

It happens when a dwarf is heavily outnumbered. I think there's a tag for it so you can make it so that other creatures also can trance.

hmmmm......in the arena mode, i created about 20 different elves, all surrounding me, and nothing happened, even with the trance tag. :\

Probably wait for next version, you can then mod in a custom reaction that makes a magic potion sorta item and eat it (as adventurer ofc), giving you a boost to strength or whatever (via syndrom) :)

Yea, I know, but it's the only way you could control such a thing... Toady mentioned syndromes will be able to alter the stats of a creature in the next version, so you'd basically need to activate a syndrome onto you. Right now we have these methods of infecting oneself with a syndrome:

 SYN_INJECTED, SYN_CONTACT, SYN_INHALED

According to yet another post of Toady we will presumably get SYN_INGESTED as well in the next version, which would make the thing a lot more possible. You can't get a syndrome in another way, probably just think of (One Piece) Choppa's rumble ball to cover up the gap there.

or hardly any anime

no one piece, no bleach, no naruto, it's all the same boring, over-hyped crap to me. >.>

the only animes i watch are trigun, and dbz(because my little sister watches it all the time)

Actually, you could have a transformation (similar to the were-stuff) occur when you're hit with your own blood, I expect. You could make it temporary. The syndrome-curse system he described seems complicated enough to make it give you an entirely different set of powers under the influence of your own blood. You might even be able to have a second transformation activate after that (and a second blood-exposure, this time to the blood of the second form), for further power-ups, depending on how the system works.

Dwarfball z will be a reality when the next version comes out.....but for now, imma keep my sayan creatures to myself.... >.>

i mean....they're unfinished, and i don't like releasing unfinished stuff. DX

peguifys idea sounds like it would work, but you'd of course have to bleed first for that, which you probably don't want ;)

I know it's not optimal, but it's the only way that I can think of that a) isn't weird like drinking potions and b) isn't impossible for an NPC to do, like drinking potions. But it should sort of work, and should keep you from going super sayan on a groundhog and save it for actually dangerous things.

thanks for the ideas guys! :D

for now, i'll keep working on it, but the whole super sayan bit won't happen 'till the next release. :)

I dunno about anyone else, but this next release has had me watching for updates more often than i ever have for any other site. O_O
