Rules:
Character Creation:
Name:Equipment: You can start with up to six pieces of equipment.
Name a piece of equipment you want six times - Basic equipment, you get. Decent equipment you get on 3+. Great equipment you get on 5+. Top tier equipment you get on 6.
For things that stack, it's in regards to max stack size, so specify! 10% is guaranteed, 40% on 3+, 70% on 5+, 100% on 6.
Each heart container or blue star counts as a piece of decent equipment instead of a stack.
The bonuses various weapons apply may vary! They may grant benefits, counteract drawbacks, allow multiple rolls (choose the highest), allow multiple rolls (against a group of targets), or a host of other things!
Skills:
Gained and increased when attempting a task you can fail at and rolling a 6. Does not provide bonuses in optimal situations, but does reduce penalties, which will be common (and may have other side effects!)

All weapons default to two attacks per turn. Taking one attack instead lets you attack for +1 (and 6+ rolls deal double damage thanks to critical hits)
Additional attacks beyond 2 can be made with penalties (to ALL rolls in the attack stack).
Very Slow Weapons have a penalty of -5
Slow is -4
Average is -3
Fast is -2
Very Fast is -1
In addition, Shuriken have a flat skill penalty of -2 (as do most thrown weapons, including balls of hurt), Bows and Boomerangs -1, and Guns 0
Shurikens also launch 3 attacks per "attack", and is thus capable of hitting multiple enemies/times and has a low chance of critical failure. Weapons with piercing will get additional free attacks upon success until an attack misses or it runs out of enemies (once per enemy zone). And melee weapons can hit multiple enemies, but they can never hit the same enemy more than once.
For weapons with no built in skill penalties, skill generally means you can attack more times in a turn accurately.
Strategems!Aimed Attack - Only launch one attack this round, +1 to rolls
Extra Attack - Launch an additional attack. -weapon speed to rolls.
Target - Choose which enemy or enemy section you want to hit above all others. -1 to rolls
Careful - No chance of critical failures catching allies. -1 to rolls.
