After the first level of legendary in swimming, swim speed stops increasing from the swimming skill(it'll still increase from agility).

I thought Legendary was just Legendary. At that point I'm pretty sure it only stands to raise your stats, nothing else, when you 'gain levels' in said legendary skill.
