See if Mechs dream while we're at it.

((Note, for some actions I will roll a d100 for it))

You lay on the bed and rest, still leaving your programs open while you do. You see your inbuilt HUD flashing a few times (though your eyes are off).

You reactivate a couple of hours later refueled.

You find you PDA and check the schedule on it. It only has the one date marked out an-

BEEPBEEPBEEPBEEPBEEPBEEPBEEP!

You forgot about it's event alarm. In any case, today is the battalion's last day here. You're being transferred to the Sydney garrision.

>Pack our gear, (If it isn't already) and recall what's meant to happen today. (Briefing/Parade/the like)

Also, how human do Mechs appear? Are they obviously robotic, or are they flawless copies?

Very lifelike, though that only applies to the "B" series. As are generally known to be robotic and are not even given a skin, instead they're armoured plated. Though Mechs are not given replica reproductive organs (Obvious reasons) they're designed to infiltrate most nations and thus do look like humans for that purpose. Female bodies are considered the more powerful version due to the extra space afforded in the torso.

You grab your pack from the locker and your personal effects from the desk and head to the loading area. You see several unloaded transports and a few guards of the 5th division's 195th battalion. The trucks are part of the 18th transport brigade, used tom ferry around military personnel. Once the new guards have entered the 37th enters the trucks.

The trip takes a couple of days but you arrive at the Sydney guard HQ and are told to head to the personnel department as soon as possible.

You head off to personnel, they tell you that there are some personnel required at a few different facilities in the area.

- Sydney foundry: The heart of the governments production of most vehicles and primary gremlin manufacturer. Guards are to keep all humans away from the facility at all costs.

- Facility 97: An orphanage/child research center. Guards here are to make sure the kids behave and keep anyone not authorized to be there out.

- Facility 81: A research center focusing on Type 3 mechanoids. You're seen some of these before and they looked like something out of a video game.

- Patrol duty/Special Response Group: On-call armed assistance for raids or general keeping the peace.

- Infiltration unit: A prepartion unit for equipping mechs with foreign knowledge for use in covert ops.

- Naval assault unit: Dedicated coastal assault troops also used for ship boardings.

Unknown to most but the insane and the mystics, Tarran is actually Earth itself, as Earth is sentient like that planet in Avatar. Originally Earth used names such as Terra on the internet, but to protect it's identity it changed letters, now becoming the Tarran you know today.
Quote from: Ze Spy
Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

God DAMN I love this game!

I want a job where we have a chance of getting Icho to develop some morality. Then we can have an RP reason for going AWOL. :)

You guys seriously want to be on patrol and not infiltrate the enemy?

If we're lucky any rebels we meet would be able to remove it for us. Or we'll just have be a spy for them or something. :)
