I can quite safely say, Necro has had a major impact in making me think dwarfy as well.

Indeed.

I'm like the local alcoholic counselor, but with the exact opposite purpose.  :P

For some reasons this reminds me of Bioshock.

"Is the dwarf not entitled to the sweat of his brow?" Then you get plasmids...

"Is the dwarf not entitled to the magma of his beard?"
Fixed that for you.

"Is the elf not entitled to the magma on his head?"
I think this is better.

My answer to just about everything is magma. In fact, most threads end up with me running in screaming it  :P
Calling dibs on this one.

If there are any people here who frequent the SteamPowered Users Forum, hear me now.

On this day, I, Oliolli, promote Necro910 to the status of Bluz74 of the Bay12Games forums.

Dismissed.

If you don't get it, just ask

well it won't end well for the elves.
or the goblins.
or the kobolds.
or the humans.
or the natural wildlife.
or potentially the alcohol.

but other than that it should be fine. What could possibly go wrong?

Some forgotten beast could come by that turns your dwarves into cave blobs.
Then you wouldn't have magma-bearded fire-breathing dwarves anymore!
Other than that; your fortress would be perpetually ablaze as the dwarves would use their fiery breath during every little fight, and probably have an extremely high temperature in general, destroying all the wood/lignite furniture, food and booze containers and bins. Dwarves just aren't smart enough to give it to every last one of them; they must earn it. And then be stationed outdoors, away from the general population.

Well, they would have to be Superdwarvenly Fast, to drink the !!alcohol!! before it explodes.

Drinking contests have become soooo much more interesting since that last forgotten beast.
