[38c] Captain of the Guards can't arrest injured?

So I've had a metalsmith resting up from a goblin arrow to the arm for the last 3 season to a year who now has a jail term for failing to make 3 gold items for the mayor when I had no gold bars, great eh? CotG waddles on over to pull the poor women out of her sick bed and clap here in irons and hes been standing there ever since with "Stukos Zonakam, Captain of the Guard cancels Chain Animal: Could not find path." repeating over and over again in the log. x85 is the highest multiplyer I've seen so far, rather odd one?.

Animal? Looks like he really "respects" this "criminal"...

Seems to have resolved itself, it might have been a blocked door or something. On a semi related note, once the guy was healed up and sent to the click I found that no one would take him food and water (a known problem I hear) so I removed the chain he was attched to. He wandered off to get food and water, puttered around and then went right back to the jail to serve his time (in a different cell) all the while his jail time counting down like he was still locked up. The jailer didn't seem to have any issues with him doing these things either.
