Pretty sure the largest winning party would be multiple Cult, so your plan doesn't hold much water, Darvi. Not much way we can work together in any coherent fashion. Why so eager to try to group together?

If they end up lynched because they didn't post, oh well. Too bad for them. Maybe they should've tried posting.

Anybody: So the rules say that the cult cannot recruit the serial killer, mafia, or watcher. Straight forward enough. What about ally and brother? The rules say that these get assigned to the SK and mafia, but are they still open to be converted?

Yes.

...the rules are pretty unambiguous when it comes to that.

I was hoping to make some sort of teamwork, for a maximum winning chance of everybody involved.

I think so.

A large organisation involving as many players as possible? You mean like a cult?

Despite any evidence towards the opposite, not everybody who works together is a brainwashed fanatic.

R. Lon Cupboard, founder of the Church of Scienceopathy, would disagree.  :P

Max, I think I have a fairly low chance of winning, given my noobishness.
Supercharazad what alignment would be your favorite.
Also, if Pandarsenic doesn't want any voted thrown around, chances are he's a watcher- he's goign to want as few people as poissible lynched until he hits his goal.

First: I'd like to be the Jester. It seems easiset to win with.

Second:

Supercharazad: What's the arguably worst role to have in this game?

I'd say it depends. The role I'D think as the worst is survivor, beause I have a great habit of getting myself lynched.

Pandarsenic: 2 posts. Neither meaningful. Neither scumhunting. Neither good.

What's with that? You have time to post those, but no time to pose a question to anyone?

Jim Groovester. Which 3rd party would you most like to be?

Max White. How will you deal with the novel player setup? Are you going to start scumhunting soon?

Think0028: Good to see you! Why don't you take a seat over there? So, what role did you get?

Lovely.

lordnincompoop: Well I will do my best. Perhaps I should be careful and test the water a bit, as we all know what happened last time I ran in. I don't think that sort of stunt will work twice, to be honest.

And what about the setup?

Like I said, try my best. I'm not exactly sure how to answer your question better than that. I guess finding out what roles are working against me and do my best to get rid of those is my only plan so far to deal with a such a unique game setup, but that must is sort of to be expected. Beyond that, I hope it just comes to me as the posts come in and the days go by.

EDIT: But that much is sort of expected.

I wish my spell checker found bad grammar.  ::)

Jim Groovester. Which 3rd party would you most like to be?

Martyr.

I'm a nightkill magnet. I would do nothing and win.

Town would be pretty interesting, too. You're basically protected from nightkill and lynching so long as the Assassin and Lyncher are alive (if everyone plays intelligently, of course). Why, I would find that situation quite amusing to be in, what with how two players who would be out to get me are exactly what's keeping me from harm.

Wouldn't you be a prime candidate for the cult then?
