Truean, how much money do you think we could make importing South American gasoline and selling it a little bit below market value?

Lots.

Even without that, the key would be to get the biggest oil storage tank you can find. No, bigger. Something that can hold 100,000 gallons. Preferably several of them.

Buy gasoline when it is "low" Let's say $3.25/gallon. Then sit on it. Just sit on it.....

100,000 x $3.00 = 300,000 initial investment

Then we wait til that shit hits $4.50/gallon. It will. Sell it all at 4.00/gallon just to watch the chaos and be jackass/saviors. Make profit. Also barter for favors. People will do lots of shit for $4.00/gallon gas when it is above $4.50 out.

100,000 x $1.00 $100,000 gross gain.

Given the wild swings in gas every year and the fact that this crap isn't going below $3.00 anytime soon, it's a pretty safe bet if you can wrangle up the $300,000 plus whatever that tank would cost.

Let's say each tank could be financed for $40,000/year all inclusive for 30 years. You'd still have $35,000/ 100K tank.... That assumes you couldn't get it cheaper repoed or from an old abandoned mainline wellhead.

When one of you does this as a corporation, I want the following things:

1.) An order of buffalo wings. Ranch dipping sauce. No blue cheese;
2.) The orginal "Super Contra" for NES (The Nintendo Entertainment System);
3.) A $100 gift certificate at Macy's. You're buying me a dress.

Seriously, why don't governments do this. Just build shit tons of tanks and buy low/sell lower than usual during the high times? I think I just found a meaningful economic stimulus.

Argentina is far away, but sure. Long as I get my Buffalo Wings, Super Contra, and $100 Macy's Gift Certificate, you can do whatever variation you want.

I'll admit, my taste in clothing probably isn't the best. Also, I am down with polycuddling.

Argentina actually seems to have gasoline prices at about 3 dollars... sources differ a bit about the exact price. Venezuela however does have the $0.12 per gallon prices.

Just in case someone actually tries to do this.

Incidentally I'm pretty sure there's laws against exporting the petrol from Venezuela at that price, so unfortunately we'd have to all become smugglers of some sort.

These are the women that -agree- that a woman's only place is in the home, Truean. Don't forget that. Self-misogyny and all that.

Edit for Clarity. :D

I will never understand that. Hell, I don't think I'll ever understand gender roles or that people think that they're different from one another because their skin tones are different. What makes us different? We all dream, eat, bleed, and on and on...

Why can't we all just be human and do the things we like to do without trying to force everyone to be just like us?
