I propose that players can choose from pre-determined classes that are voted on, they can choose them to gain one bonus, and one penalty.

I propose that if a rule is broken then the offender must submit an original apology in haiku form.

I propose that instead of a 24 hour waiting period, that it is instead replaced by a majority vote, if the majority of the total players (people who have posted so far.) vote yes to it, it is passed.

Im just going to pretend that 24 hours passed, considering that the majority wants these rules.

I propose that players can choose from pre-determined classes that are voted on, they can choose them to gain one bonus, and one penalty.
Passed, there are no classes yet.

I propose that if a rule is broken then the offender must submit an original apology in haiku form.
As mod of the game.
I pass this new proposal.
Many lols will be had.

I propose that if any rule breakers refuse to submit an apology, they must attempt a logical conversation with Cleverbot.

Class Proposal: Bureaucrat
Perk: Red Tape - You may chose to hold up a proposal. While held up a proposal may not be passed or failed. You may only hold one proposal at a time, and you must wait a day after you stop holding up a proposal before you can use Red Tape again
Flaw: Incompetence - You may never under any circumstances gain extra votes

Class Proposal: Kitty
Perk: Too cute to persecute - You may ignore any penalty or punishment that you would otherwise suffer by posting a lolcat
Flaw: I CAN HAS! - You automatically vote for any proposal if the person proposing it sets his Avatar to be a picture of a Cheezburger

Class Proposal: Necromancer
Perk: Wrath of Nomics Past - Once a day you may choose a rule or goal from any other Nomic on the Bay12 forums. That rule or goal is in effect for the next 12 hours. You may never target the same rule or goal with power more than one time a month.
Flaw: Wrath of the Mods - Any proposal you make fails if Bdthemaq or Toady One votes against it

Class Proposal: Bulimic
Perk: Purge - Once per week you may declare a purge. Any posts you made the previous day are completely ingored and negated. Modify the rule list to reflect any changes your lack of voting causes.
Flaw: Can't Hold it In - Your proposals automatically fail if they are not passed within 12 hours.

Bdthemag yell's to the royal court of the nomic "I hearby agree to this proposal!

Class Proposal: Dicemaster
Perk: Lucky One-  When you vote for a proposal Bdthemag will roll 1d4, the number he gets is what your vote counts for besides the number 4.
Flaw: Unlucky- If Bdthemag rolls a 4 then your vote counts as a negative against the total number of votes, bdthemag will then roll again, the number he gets is the number of votes taken away from the proposal.

Class Proposal: Trollface
Perk: Problem?- You can respond to a proposal by saying "Problem, (Instert forum members name here)?" that proposal is then unable to be passed or rejected for the next 12 hours.
Flaw: Idiotic- Your votes count as nothing, you can still use any extra votes you may aquire through other means.

Raises a Tankard of ale to the dicemaster proposal.

As for the trollface I say... OVER MY DEAD BODY! It's perk is just a weaker version of Bureaucrat's.

I would like to submit a claim for 10 extra points under the 7th rule, with the following errors as justification:

-There is currently no rule which allows any individual to become a player. Thus, there are no players, no proposals and no votes. There is no proviso for non-players to make rules. As such, rules 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 are incorrectly listed as current rules.
-Rule 8 makes reference to a player's can which choose [sic] from different classes and assigns them penalties and bonuses. No method has been determined for assigning this position to any player.
-Rule 8 also contains a grammatical error; choose should be pluralized.
-Rule 11 contradicts rule 4 by allowing a proposal to be passed even when the majority votes regarding it are negative.
-In post 8, Bdthemag failed to use correct punctuation.

I would like to nominate myself for the position of "player's can".

I then use my 10 extra votes to secure myself this position. The following vote phrases were used:

-Si.
-Affirmative.
-Aye Aye!
-Indubitably
-Of course!
-Brilliant!
-Alrighty.
-Sure, why not?
-I vote for this, yessiry.
-I endore this product and/or proposal.
-YEEEEEEEEAAAH.

Expect classes to be assigned bonuses and penalties as soon as classes are decided upon.
