People know what lands they have. They don't need the map. If sheb gave them lands he knows what he gave and can just tell them. I can understand people having shit to do but it shouldn't take a month for a turn.

Terenos, I'd just like to point out one thing. Brutal suppression only stops provinces from automatically rebelling. Rebellions funded by another power isn't affected...

One province or two Taricus, It will not change the outcome of anything. At best you provide your allies time to seize more of my western holdings. At worst you do as little as you'll do right now.

A base chance of 0% rebellion, Then we go to the modifications of Espionage tech vs Counter espionage tech. As "Special: The chance of success is based upon the normal chance of success for a rebellion in that province, plus 10% * Espionage rank." Which was 2 vs 2, so +20% -20%. As sheb did pay for 5 of those 7 rebellions. Now one could argue that sheb merely funded the operatives of another nation but then I'll argue that espionage shouldn't work instantly like it does, and especially not if you're funding another nation's spies.
