Each one is worth 30,000 free research a turn, costs $20,000 to build, and weighs 200 tons. Under Orbital Spaceflight it cost me $40,000 to launch them. With Space Elevators, it costs $10,000.Hence why im throwing up 8 more.

Province 105, $55,000 income, +60k, manufacturing, +30k, Economics, +6k, Logistics, final tally 151k.

All provinces adjacent move 80% of manufacturing value
106 : $30,000 income, +60k manufacturing, +30k, Economics, +6k, Logistics, final tally 126k. (80%=100.8)
98: 25,000, +60k, +30k, +6k, = 121k *.8 = 96.8
99 : 44,000, + 60k, +30k, +6k = 140k *.8 = 112
104 : 33,000 + 60k, +30k, +6k =129k *.8 =103.2
109 : 28,000, +60k, +30k, +6k =124k *.8 = 99.2
111 : 29,000 + 60k, +30k, +6k = 125k *.8 = 100
112 : 56,000 + 60k, +30k, +6k = 152k *.8 = 121.6
Add that all up and..By my count he actually has a little to spare there. As my tally routes $884,600 in manufacturing capability to 105.

Yeah well... This is not the most swift moving of games.

Also Sheb, your officers are only $500 salary apiece, bringing you to $5000 for all ten, not $50,000 as you have down. Tis proly nothing you can do much with but I wouldnt want you to lose out on income due to a mistake.

And USEc, you just have to recolor 57 as it was returned to me. That and shebs territory shuffle are all I can see.
