I want disclosure on that tech - IF it's as threatening as you say it is, I'll concede to your Giant Stick being bigger than mine.
Why in gods name would I give away what my tech was to someone who is allied with my enemy?
I think he just wants to know what it does.

I don't bluff Terenos, i've been honest to everyone throughout this entire game. I've kept my promises, and I never tried to fuck anyone over.

My limited experience with you means I cannot determine if you're bluffing or not.
And as it seems there'll be no deal...*shrug*

You claim it can end us, the fact you wont provide how easily means that it requires more time to do so than you realistically may have. If sheb is willing to fund it, then that means you cant do it yourself.

M.A.D. is a terrible plan. Providing your enemy no recourse but to concede to your every whim is a bad plan. In the short term it works. In the long term they get fed up and destroy you before you can fire. You should probably boast less and actually do some math about all of our current situations.

Your goal is to not lose - but your plan ensures we ALL do.
My plan is that Sheb does not win. Your plan assures mine.
What incentive do i have?

@USEC: I also had Borehole and Distrib Manu tech...neither would have required disclosure. Many of our techs didn't. I fail to see any NEUTRAL GM reasoning for allowing him to continue hiding his.

Well, you never did ask for any of your techs to remain secret. But yes, I kinda forgot about my whole no secret techs rule. Therefore I'll be disclosing the tech to everyone involved, especially since such a fuss is being raised about it. Though honestly the tech is rather random and unpredictable. It's how Bdthemag managed to research it in so short a time frame.

I fail to see any NEUTRAL GM reasoning for allowing him to continue hiding his.

Neutral GMs? Do such creatures even exist?

EDIT: Added the tech. It's basically allows Bdthemag to create super-viruses, but he has no vaxxines against the viruses or ways to deploy a virus without sacrificing one of his provinces (and likely the rest of his country as well).

So....Lets see here..

Absolute guarantee of destroying BD, Random odds of it destroying me.
But in actuality, No shared borders, and an active state of war between us, so no immigration or emigration.

Well, there's always refugees, illegal aliens, smugglers, infected animals etc.

Of course don't forget that you way more provinces than anybody else in the game. If everybody got infected, you could basically win by default.

At the very least.. Bioweapon was the highest possibility, and it turns out thats right.
And its not frightening. So heres my offer: Surrender to the Unity. Or yknow, throw down 30 malicious Virii and see if one sticks.

Hell no, with Sheb's funding I can create over 100 different strands. Then i'll unleash them on your nation, and hand the virus tech over to phantom and sheb.

Seems you dont have much choice regarding their unleashing. And the time it'd take to research the means to deploy it AT me? Time enough to kill ya.
And the odds are it can hit Sheb or Phantom just as bad as it hits me.

I don't see that as an option. Oh sure I bet he can research that. But that'll take a turn. Then a turn to make the missiles. Since he thinks hes coming for me, he wont have that time.
And sheb and Phantom..can they spare the cash to do that, and potentially harm themselves?

Im totally not worried anymore

Of course don't forget that you way more provinces than anybody else in the game. If everybody got infected, you could basically win by default.

There is that. Which doesn't bother me at all. Global epidemic? Brutal Suppression abused to gun down/burn the infected and scrub entire provinces if needed.

EDIT: Are Cash trades immediate or turn delayed like everything else?
