Terenos, I don't get that logic of yours, because I had like one shared victory, in a game you weren't even playing, I am to be denied any victory forever? F**k you man. :p

Adwarf: Yes you can.

Hey, how much does an AI cost?

I can't seem to find the exact cost in any of my notes, so I'm officially going to say $50,000 per AI.

One other thing..Whats my power plant..do?

According to my notes it generates $25,000 a turn.

Hey, USEC - You kinda forgot to tell me what the Boreholes do...since i paid for a few to be built

A borehole generates $10,000 a turn, and 10,000 manufacturing points on top of the economic bonus (So +20,000 manufacturing points for that province).

USEC! Does ICBM tech 4 give me any new warheads or missiles? Or are those going to be under named projects? Im fine either way!

Rank 4 in ICBM tech gives you access to two extra warheads that are simply more powerful variations of the ones already displayed. If you want special warheads/ICBMs, you'll have to research them.

Can I create Gen 2 units yet?

Seeing as you have at least rank 2 in both weapons and defensive systems, yes you can.

Anyways, working on the remainder of the turn now.

Well it seems that I need to begin a military build up as my forces are rather puny at the moment. Also who are currently at war with who ? (Not me as I am a neutral faction, and will only intervene in a war if it endangers my nation.) Also Terenos may I have permission to take the farthest territory on the continent just below me?

Well, no one is at war with no one, as CG and me signed a ceasefire and Terenos finished stomping anyone in range.

JF's dead ? Lol it seems like his threats of war didn't happen again

I just want one region for a landing zone their I won't be taking anymore than that, but if you want to take offense do so.

His threats of war were ignored due to him folding into Terenos
-At least I didn't cause his death under false assumptions of defense this time *cough*

Aye, Sheb and I shall stop punching eachother in the thigh for a while. Some trades are being made to even the playing field and deter future aggression

Phantom, welcome to the game...Tad late dont you think? I mean sure you have a nice tech lead in most areas, but still.

JF quit, ceeded his lands to Terenos, much like cript did to me and GG to sheb

...Take the one closest to you and I'll be fine.

Also, remember, I do rather well even if I'm late. I'm talking about GDI and the Cadre of Vremya in two other games.

USEC, how do you determine which tech level the infantry in PDF are going to be? You roll a dice ebtween one and (MaxTechLevel-1)? Or will the troops be a mix of different tech level?

Also, do I get to keep them after the fight (I guess not)? Even if I loose the province? Are they being targeted first?
